There are several ways to request and receive assistance.

2. Technician Directed Online Session (Support, Meeting or Presentation)
Call and get a “Session ID” from ProLogic IT personnel (phone #’s above). Enter ID in the form to the left and click connect. Software will remove itself once your online session has completed.
3. ProLogic IT Customer Portal
Client Administrators Only
Use supplied logon credentials
Contact ProLogic IT for credentials if you have none
