Two critical security patches for Microsoft Patch Tuesday

There are 2 critical Microsoft patches scheduled for release this week,  one of which is for the popular Windows7 operating system that fixes a problem that could allow remote attacks to unpatched computers.

The other patch deals with a vulnerability that relates to Windows OS versions from XP to Windows8 and Server OS 2003 thru 2012 in which could also allow remote code execution.

Microsoft has made note the importance of these updates and marked them as critical. Patches should be installed as they become available for download (Tuesday, Jan. 08) whether it be for the basic home computer or a major corporate network.
